Clara Lacey is one of the new artists at Elphick’s. She has produced three fantastic alphabets inspired by objects found in the Office, Garden and Kitchen, you can view all three at the online shop by clicking here. I’ve posted the Office alphabet which I’m rather fond of at the moment, it might have something to do with Y is for Yorkshire Tea, being a Yorkshire lass it’s my favourite tipple! These have been lovingly screen printed with the colour applied by potato printing.
Elphick’s is very pleased to announce the arrival of a new artist, Mr Marcus Walters. The illustrator and designer has worked for some prestigious clients including the BBC, Levi’s, Coca Cola, Volvo and Orange to name a few.
First up for grabs is his beautiful ABC. Each letter features a different object or animal illustrated in Marcus’s distinctive style. It has been lovingly reproduced as a full colour lithograph on good quality paper and is very reasonably priced at £12.50. Measuring 70cm x 50cm it also cleverly fits into most off the shelf frames.
